Sharper Image has the BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ANY COMPANY
The last Epilady I had stopped working just short of the yr warranty. Sharper Image replaced it immediatel w/out my having to go thru any hassle at all. Their service & concern for their customers goes beyond what is expected

It really is amazing and works very well! But just like pulling out any hair on your body it will take some getting used to because it is very painful. I am slowly getting used to it a little at a time!
