Primarily bought for travel
This clock is great when you're traveling between time zones. I keep it by my bed at home too because there no light unless you push the button on top. Nice having the room temp when you wake up… you can decide to stay in bed some mornings if you can!

Purchasing it again
I love this clock but I am having to purchase it again because I have knocked it off my nightstand for the second time and it is now broken. I just wish it had a broader base so that it doesn't fall over at the slightest touch.

I have now bought 6 of these!
My husband has to take medication at 1:30 AM and at 4:30 AM every night. He sets 2 of these clocks for those times to waken him. (We have a different but similar large double alarm clock he has to get up and walk to to get his pills thus he can't just turn the little clocks off and go back to sleep but because it has to be far enough to force him to get up, it is not loud enough to wake him). His needs dictate minimal thought, ease of use, and reliability. These are battery operated and set time and date themselves and don't fail us during power outages or when we are camping. We are snowbirds who prefer minimal packing and light travel so we have the exact same set-up in each home. These alarm clocks sit nicely, have a great light when you need it but it does not blind sleepy eyes, is loud enough but not too loud to disturb me, and is SOOOOOO easy to set and operate. We even have a set we keep in our luggage when we travel to friends and family. Standardizing the clocks and the process has enabled him to quickly fall back to sleep. These clocks even come with batteries. The buttons and lever to set are easily large enough for sleepy, large fingers to manipulate. You can even easily turn off daylight savings time and not have to Gerry-rigg it when traveling. We love these!
