Product fine, shipping info, not so much
This product met all the specifications my parents requested. they probably won't hang it until it get warmer. Hopefully it works, I found customer service less than helpful, who knows what I'll hear if I have to ship it back. Since it was a gift, I certainly wouldn't want my parents to get the big fat "I dunno", I got.

Cool Clock
Installed this clock outdoors by the pool. Overall we are pleased with the clock. The extra temperature and humidy gages make the clock hard to read from afar and you have to be close up to read the temperature and humidy. Overall, the solar is working well in mostly non-direct sunlight. It charges a rechargable battery so eventually you will need to replace the rechargable battery when it dies. Hope that is many years out though.
