Great Little Exerciser
I use it when I watch exercise videos. I use it with Silver Sneakers online and I find it is portable and so easy tp use. I recommend this for senior citizens.

I'm definitely happy with this product
Love this. I thought this was too light weight until I started doing the repetitions. Just takes a few seconds to get started. Like the 2 suggested work outs. It's amazing how many different exercises that you can do with this.

Great at home gym!
I bought this for myself after seeing how many different exercises you can do. I hate going to the gym so this is perfect! Very easy to use and I am already seeing results. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an at home exercise system.

Nice workout.
I thought the product was a little more challenging on the description than when I used it. It's a good aerobic workout with high reps and very light resistance. It's okay if you want to burn calories and not necessarily build muscle mass.
