Love it!
Delivery was quick. Assembling this was also quick and easy! But don't make our mistake...make sure to put on the plastic wrap around thing before attaching all the pieces otherwise you will find yourself having to unscrew everything! Would recommend this product!

I use my jogger every night!! I love it! I feel energized when I am done. I jump, jog and bounce on one leg for 30 minutes. I love the arm workout that I get also. My arms were really sore the first few days. I am feeling and seeing results!!

Hopping healthy!!
This trampoline is a great routine when I need to change things up! Not to mention it is a great way for the kids to get some activity when we are stuck inside during Winter. The only thing that I don't care for is the way the handle rattles when free-jumping. It needs a barrier where the metal bars fit together.

Wonderful Fitness Tampoline
I bought this trampoline thinking it might not be very useful and was as pleasantly surprised as I could be. At 57 I have some trouble with high impact excercises. With this trampoline I can jog, jump, and get a nice work out without the joint stress this type of excercise would normally cause. I can use the handles to work out all types of muscle groups. The trampoline is very lightweight and could easily be moved from room to room if you wished to do so. It comes with a dvd and diagrams to show you how to get the best use from it. It does have a handle that comes up to hold on to, but you would probably still need to have a pretty good sense of balance to get good use from it. It is very easy to put together. The trampoline part itself is pre-assembled and is very tightly folded. You will need two people to unfold it. It's a great value, and a great piece of equiptment to have in your home workout center.

I was really looking forward to using this, but unless you have a couple of really strong people available to get the trampoline unfolded it's impossible! I ended up hurting my shoulder trying to do it alone.
