Orthopedic Pillow.
Recommended by my Doctor and I'm very pleased. Has made a big difference In my sleep. I don't wake up in pain every 2-2/12 hours during the night. I sleep soundly and comfortably and best of all, not waking in the morning pain free is worth a lot to me.

Uncomfortably stiff until I sat on it for one week.
This is my second review. At first I was very disappointed with the stiffness of the pillow; but the insert said to use it for a week to allow it to soften. I have a neck problem and didn't want to wait a week and was going to send it back; however, I decided to sit on it everyday for a week; and now, it is fine. I even took it on vacation with me.

BEST PILLOW FOR NECK PROBLEMS
I have arthritis throughout my back, recently had Cervical spine surgery, & have TMJ. I have bought too many pillows to count trying to find one that was comfortable but supportive at the same time. This one works wonderfully whether I sleep on my side or back; it is the only pillow I've found that allows me to sleep soundly. It does get a little warm but is cooler than other synthetic pillows I've tried, & cooler than I expected.
