Last minute chillin'
Works like a charm when I need to get "warmth" out of my wine. Maintenance is a little burdensome because it's important to clean & dry out the moisture before re-freezing. The accompanying device for that purpose makes it manageable, though.

good way to cool wine
great to use when forgetting to chill the wine before use. A bit bulky, and the cleanup is important enough, that if not done right, the thing won't work properly the next time. Was not expecting that.

Gets my wine just right
I like my wine served chilled and this gets it right every time. So much easier than remembering to put my wine in the fridge....i just pull this out of the freezer and I'm good to go.

Disappointing Chiller
I wouldn't recommend this white wine chiller because it's difficult to impossible to remove the part that you put into the bottle. The directions are difficult to decipher. I called in a couple of friends and we all Worked on it. None of us were able to execute the directions to remove the black portion. I had high hopes for this product.
