Three auto programs emulate a therapeutic experience
Stretch: Kneads your back in a small, circular motion on both sides of your spine simultaneously. This improves deeper blood and lymph circulation, helps bring vital nutrients to the spinal area, and also helps clear out the toxins from muscle and nerve tissue in the area.
Orbit: Kneads your back in a side-to-side motion on both sides of your spine simultaneously. This relieves tension and soreness by lifting and stretching muscles, improves circulation and helps bring vital nutrients to the spinal area.
Glide: Rolls gently up and down your back near your spine. This warms and loosens your muscles, preparing your back for deeper massage. The Glide function also relieves muscle tension, improves circulation and relaxes the back.

I bought two
I bought a second one for the RV. It is compact and is a perfect fit for after a day of driving. I am getting rid of my bulky 10 year old massager...that cost 3k 10 years ago. This essentially does the same job in A LOT less space, and A LOT less money.

A true massage!
I'm very surprised that this more compact, lighter version of a massage chair I had in the past is so comfortable and truly gives a great massage. It arrived last night, we easily got it set up and I spent more than 30 minutes in the chair and could have stayed longer!

Best money I've spent in a while
I bought this for my wife who enjoys massages but complains that sometimes human pressure is not strong enough. The rollers in this chair are very strong, can be moved to the exact location for pressure control, and has different rotating patterns. It is a small chair with adjustable back and massages from the head/neck to the bottom of the spine. I've used larger chairs that do not have the pressure or comfort. Highly recommended for men and women. At a recent party men were waiting in line to use it!

Great product and price!
Bought this as a Christmas gift for my parents. The item was shipped and delivered just as described.
