Incredible Relief
Having endured a total Row Carpectomy, and sadly, unsuccessfully, this device provides me great relief and since it is not plugged into the wall, I can use it "on the go". It is working jointly with my PT. I absolutely recommend this product to anyone suffering chronic wrist pain, incredible!

This product is very easy to use
I bought this product for my mother seeing her wrists and hands hurt constantly she says it does help but it would be great if it had some kind of massager built in to it.

Excellent pain reliever.
1)I have RA and with very inflammed and sore wrists, Putting the battery in place was a painful job. I needed help. 2)If your a small person, the thumb opening is pretty large. I wish they had 2 size wrist bands and a Flatter Battery. 3) I LOVE HOW IT WORKS. After all that above. I am still thrilled to have this. I wish I could have one for each wrist. The battery life is pretty good and charges easy. I will travel with this AND sit at home with it. Easy to use.

w/ a thinner battery, it'll get 5 STARS!
It is quite good for a travel aid. I found it compact, easy to use, and well designed. What if the product used a thinner battery similar to that's in a cell phone? It could cut down the bulky size and reduce the weight. It would be more comfortable for small wrists.

redesign should be considered
this product is for arthritis pain but as a person with arthritis it is very painful and almost impossible to install battery. and the battery pouch is to small to be able to align control button with plastic window.

Not a good choice
My son has arthritis in his wrist. Heat helps alleviate the pain. He says that the wrap is awkward to use and heats weird.
