Great head support
It aligns my head along with my body when I sleep, which is perfect. I don't get any neck pain. So far so good.

Great product. Works perfect.
My wife and I thought it was the mattress that was not allowing us to get a good nights sleep but after reading the review of the product we bought 2 pillows and we both had great night sleep. Not after a week but right after taking them out of the box. Good product

Fantastic
I too have tried many different pillows for chronic neck pain (primarily due to arthritis). When I first opened the package, I was dismayed that it felt so hard. Tried it anyway, and have not had any neck pain since. I definitely recommend this!

Finally!
Skeptical, as there are many pillows laying around my home. Although I'd love to use the soft pillowcase that comes with this, the manufacturer suggests that if your head being hot as you sleep is an issue to use your own pillowcase. I do, and no more matted hair from being sweaty. (TMI, but true.) The other issue - neck pain. That's really why I have so many pillows in all shapes and sizes. First morning with this pillow and my neck did not hurt. ...and that has continued. I may buy more to have on hand just in case they're ever discontinued.
