Great bag!

Bought this for work travel. Right size for carry on. Each compartment zip reinforced to prevent anything creeping in. Good design to avoid taking anything extra home with you. Heats well.

Happy with purchase

We purchased 3 of these at different times. All 3 seem to work without issue. I also purchased the 120 degree stickers from another site (the stickers are made by the same company that makes the luggage). I filled one luggage with clothing (full but not overfull), placed about a dozen stickers inside (including in between the clothes), and set the timer for 4 hours. After it finished, all stickers indicated the temperature reached 120 degrees. So it seems to do what it claims. We find the luggage to be attractive and easy to use. It's not as light as some other luggage we've had, but it's not heavy either. Although I generally prefer standard "pull behind" luggage, as well as luggage that has more compartments for organization (especially given the price of these), we decided to go with these in case we did run into a bed bug issue while traveling. We are happy with our purchase.
