As the four independent rollers travel up and down your back, you can use the Spot Shiatsu and Perfect-FitTM feature to customize the massage to your back and height. Simply Marvelous!
I have Fibromyalgia and have constant knots in between my shoulder blades. I have had this product for one week and use it 3-4 times a day. It does give a comparable deep tissue massage and the heat feature feels good too. It is good that you have the choice of Shiatsu massage and Rolling. Using both has been very therapeutic for me. Was very pleasantly surprised. A friend is getting one for her husband.

Great Massage Chair
I love to use this product after a long night of partying. It's great to come home to and just relax. The pressure is perfect. The only suggestion I would make is maybe have it work a little wider to cover the entire back

Exceeded my expectations
I bought this product for my boyfriend that has constant back and shoulder soreness due to stress. As soon as the product came in, he opened it up and gave it a go. Immediately he was loving the shiatsu rollers and heating component. He spends long hours at the computer at work and at home. He plans on using it most during those hours. The product looks great, has a pocket for the remote, and an additional pocket for the carry bag it comes with. My only complaint is that the product was shipped in its original box. No harm was done to the product, but the possibility of a damaged product is much higher when not placing it another box.
