fantastic customer service
I have called customer service twice and also emailed them--immediate response and very helpful--and they are right here in metro-Detroit, so know exactly what's going on which really helps with customer service. I have a bit of a harder time with online help--not sure they are local, but phone and email were great. They are streamlining the process right now--it's kind of confusing when you order from sharper image instead of direct, but again, every time I call, they explain everything to me.
